YOUR ROLE

As 1st and/or 2nd line cloud and workplace engineer, your activities will be:

• Provide first or second level support for all IT-related incidents and requests regarding systems, products, and services.
• Act as a proficient intermediary between users and service providers.
• Perform initial issue diagnosis and deliver clear and concise solutions for known issues whether it is on-site, via remote desktop, phone, email, live chat.
• Ensure that requests are properly identified, logged, assigned, and responded to in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
• Update and optimize documentation/knowledge base.
• Escalate service requests and incidents to back-office support teams or partners when required.
• Introduce innovative solutions to clients by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as automation and AI.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are passionate about IT and are willing to improve or extend your skills to cloud technologies.
• You are the go-to person for all IT-related questions among your friends and family.
• You have a good expertise with all technologies related to digital workplace (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, networking, automation, PCs, smartphones, unified communication,…).
• You have experience and interest with hardware and software diagnostic and repair.
• You have experience with one or more ticketing tools.
• You hold an IT related Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch. English is nice to have.

• Incident analysis and prioritization

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and networking
• Eager to learn new technologies and concepts
• Certifications related to technical support (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Google,…)
